Many people will be familiar withNepenthes‘Briggsiana’, which is also a cross involvingNepenthes lowiias one parent, but usingNepenthes ventricosaas the other parent. In our experience,Nepenthes burkeimakes hybrids that are every bit as vigorous, but often superior in appearance, to crosses made withNepenthes ventricosa, to which it is closely related. Climate:'Intermediate', which means it will flourish in a wide range of temperatures. We have tested it from 12 - 32 deg. C (54 - 90 deg. F), although it will tolerate temperatures outside this range.
