Returning for Jan 2026 after 9 months!
This item
is from the same grex of seeds used to create the gorgeous BE-4500, but these
clones were never actually included under BE-4500. It´s a mixture of two of the
three clones we found to be most vigorous out of the grex, so we held them back
until we had produced sufficient quantities to combine and launch them as a
separate new item. The appearance of each of the clones when fully mature is quite
similar, with one having a slightly darker peristome than the other, but both
are superbly attractive!Note for
April 2025:There is a third clone (clone #3) not included
under either BE-4500 or BE-4674, which is different again, and we shall be
launching as a separate item later.Origin:Horticultural,
bred by Borneo Exotics. The female parent is a selected seed-grown plant of the
Bario form of N. veitchii with a candy-striped peristome and male parent is an
orange form of N. ventricosa, which is also a unique seed-raised individual.Source:A random mixture of two clones selected for their vigour.History:First introduced in April 2025.Photo notes:The nursery shots shown here are of one or
other of the two clones shipped under this item number. The last photos in the
series show plants of typical sale sizes in order of size S, M & L (when
available).

Climate:'Highland'. We grow it between about 26 deg. C (80 deg. F) in the daytime, down to 12 deg. C (54 deg. F) at night, although it will certainly tolerate temperatures well outside this range.
