The peristomes on these beauties are gorgeous, thanks to the influence of the striped BarioNepenthes veitchiiwe chose as the male parent. Pitchers are tough and it’s easy to grow too. A real winner!History:This same cross was first introduced to cultivation in July 2017 as a limited release of seed-grown individuals under BE 3787. This item, which is a random assortment from many different clones was released for the first time in Sept 2021.Origin:Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics. The female parent is a seed-grown Nepenthes petiolata and the male parent is a seed-grown Bario form of Nepenthes veitchii, with a red-striped peristome.Source:A random selection from a large number of different clones.Photo notes:Photos are of representative clones and may not be identical to plants shipped. F) in the daytime, down to 12 deg. C (54 deg. F) at night, although it will certainly tolerate temperatures well outside this range.
