This cross differs from BE-3933 in that the male parent is the Sungai Samba lowland form of N. veitchii, so it tolerates a wider range of temperatures; hence, we class it as an intermediate grower. BE-3933 is a cross involving a highland form of N. veitchii. The latest photos show that it’s turning out to be spectacular. This is not a segregated item and may sometimes be available at larger sizes.History:First introduced in August 2016.Origin:Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics. The female parent is the superb cultivar of N. robcantleyi, called Nepenthes ‘Queen of Hearts’, which has been exhibited worldwide many times, and the male parent is a handsome striped form of N. veitchii, selected from the Bario form of the species sometimes available under BE-3205.Source:Random selection from 40 different clones out of microprop.Photo notes:The photos shown here are representative and might not be identical to plants shipped.Climate:Intermediate
